How do we shift from the dull darkness,
the pit of dis-spare , hopeless ,and helpless.

Start moving,slow at first, then build on that .
Start challenging yourself.

do this everyday, no thought just moment.
Be it dancing, walking, yoga, stretching,
keep upping the pace a little bit ,
then before you know it you will find yourself actually
enjoying the moments that you devote to yourself.
Something to look forward to.
It can take you all the way to euphoria.
