The fact that you are alive is truly a world of potential.

G-D has placed this before us and gave us full freedom and choice what we do with it.

But we tend to get caught up in the details,to forget the joy.

What if we did everything with a smile even if you hated it.

What would happen to your everyday schedule if you took 3 deep breathes, lookesd a

at the sky and said thank you.

What would happen if you hugged the most important person in your life.

What if we just for even one second, appreciated all that we are.

Imagine if everyone in the world did this.
